Nuacell Ltd. provides professional medical services to patients and operates an out-patient clinic in Malahide, Ireland. Our registered address is Kilronan House, Church Road, Malahide, Dublin K36 RW18, Ireland. We specialize in general, medical, functional, regenerative, aesthetic and precision medicine treatments.
Term of the Agreement
This Agreement is effective upon account creation and will continue until terminated by either party. Nuacell Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with any changes effective upon posting on the website.
Services Provided
Nuacell Ltd. offers a range of medical services, including:
- General medical consultations
- Functional medicine evaluations
- Regenerative medicine treatments
- Precision medicine services
- Aesthetic medicine treatments
We are also the exclusive distributor of LifeLength Telomere test kits in the Republic of Ireland. Patients can purchase medical services and test kits through our partner platform.
Our services include:
- Sending the Telomere test kit to patients
- Providing a Medical Questionnaire Form
- Offering training and basic informational materials
- Covering shipment costs from the patient’s address to
- the laboratory in Spain
- Validation and sign-off of the results by a medical doctor
- Written explanation of the results by a medical doctor
- Releasing the written report to the patient
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on this site are owned by Nuacell Ltd. Users are prohibited from using our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
User Account Responsibility

Testosterone Services
The Testosterone Optimisation Therapy (TOT) service provides professional medical care under the supervision and treatment by a qualified and registered medical health professional registered with the Irish Medical Council. Only registered clients will be able to avail professional services and reordering of prescriptions. To avail of the Nuacell Clinic services, including ordering products / services online, clients are required to comply with the instructions of the treating health professional. This includes attending mandatory regular blood tests and clinical consultations, every 4-6 months as appropriate. It is the responsibility of the client to make appointments in advance to be able to continue availing of the professional and online services.

– In order to use the store, purchase products and subscribe to services, you agree that you are a patient registered with NuaCell clinic and have been to the clinic in person at least once for registration.
– One Subscription per patient. If misconduct is detected, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel the subscription as appropriate.
– Any abuse of coupons and discounts may result in a termination of products and or services offered.
– If a user, subscriber or client purchases from the NuaCell store without being a NuaCell client, they waive their right to a refund. Further action such as cancellation of services, where appropriate may be implemented.
– Visit our Privacy Policy page and this Terms and Conditions page for future modifications and updates.
– Termination of contract and services may occur if any misconduct is reported, noticed and or discovered.
From time to time NuaCell might make changes to their inventory suppliers which may or may not effect the products look and feel. If any such changes are made NuaCell holds the right to continue using that product.

Weight Loss Program Terms
Before booking or paying for the NuaCell Weight Loss Program, patients are required to review the program information and eligibility criteria provided on our website.
Booking and payment do not guarantee eligibility for treatment. Final suitability is determined by the clinic following review of the patient’s medical history, eligibility information, consultation, and clinical assessment.
If a patient is found not to meet the required eligibility criteria, the clinic will advise on the appropriate next steps.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Weight Loss Appointments
Patients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule a weight loss program appointment.
If a patient cancels, reschedules, or fails to attend with less than 24 hours’ notice, they will not be eligible for a refund for that appointment.
This policy applies because appointment time is reserved specifically for the patient and late cancellations may prevent the clinic from offering the appointment to another patient.
